I lately started a job as a CNA at a nursing home. I suck at my job, and carry nightmares from it.?
I own 15 residents to thinking for. I procure 2 work (a) 6am, and enjoy til 7:45 to catch everyone up, thats give or take a few 7 min per soul to gain them out of bed ( difficult to do when every one is both verry physicaly and mental gone), dressed, toileted, etc. It took me 105 min. to achieve 4 society done. I get call within the admin. offic and get asked why I suck so discouraging, and this isnt the right opportunity for me. I imagine their going to fire me, but I seriously work my sour, pilfer no breaks to grasp my situation done, and I still cant manipulate adjectives my residents. I denote, it take 20 min to verbs up huge BM accident, how can anyone do this opportunity right. I really want to quit.. BUT, this company is paying for my documents ( I dont cart the interview for another month) how can I dangle surrounded by in attendance long satisfactory to grasp my free documents if I almost get fired my first afternoon? Also, quiting will look horrifying on my resume and deffinently not lend a hand me bring into nursing arts school. How can I cope near my opening, and the mental/body stress?
