Answers:    i know how you grain! it deem it could be anxiety disorder. that's what i suppose i own, so i'm going to see a doctor, possibly ge some pills.
if you don't approaching pills, you could try lots of other things.
meditate, do yoga. it worked for me but it's sort of stopgap...two hours after yoga class, anxiety is vertebrae.
try reading a book, any book. i read Everything About Me Is Fake...And I'm Perfect by Janice Dickinson, and it's a scream. Or you could even try reading a self give a hand book.
TALK TO SOMEONE. collaborate to a friend, domestic branch, even a psychiatric therapist, give or take a few what's stressing you out. It abet REALLY economically and it's great.
Blog going on for it, or in recent times write within a monthly.
Get big. (Don't become addicted though.)
Go out dance at a club, hold a drink or two. (But stop at three...)
Eat well and exercise, because physical robustness and mental form walk appendage surrounded by appendage.

I read the book the unprofessed and it help me create a more positive scene of life span. I also suffer from an anxiety disorder. Before I be treated beside meds I worried more or less everything. I be a apprehensive wreck. I didn't know I thought it be common. after I found out that it be heritable. See your Physician and ask just about effexor, welbutrin, or other meds that may backing. Honestly what will lend a hand the most as i hold have equal grill but in a minute discern much better.
