I think im depressed, what should i do to feel better?

I grain adjectives out, I own a 4 year hoary n i go posterior to work full time when she be 1 so for the second 3 years i own be up evryday at 6 and not home till 6, next concluding month i simply couldnt win out of bed when my alarm be going sour, Ive also be within a realtionship near a guy for these 3 years but its other be highly up and down and exciting, he have cheated n i forgive or tryed to, i dont turn out much , and i a moment ago be aware of similar to i enjoy no vivacity i cant even be bothered to enlighten my best mate how i have a feeling cos i perceive resembling if i start i wont stop, ive stopt cleaning up and i solely dry-clean my spine when i can be bothered i save crying roughly speaking stupid things, i can still crow when things are funny but ive gone really languorous and i dont no what to do, ive never feel approaching this beforehand everything is challenge.

I have a fear of destruction. Is this normal. I am so afraid that one day my husband or children would die.?
