I'm having trouble sleeping? any ideas?

I am have trouble sleeping at the moment, I can stir to bed at 1.00 and not consistency tired, consequently when I'm up at 6.30 I'm shattered adjectives year. Please Help as I am wrecked

lol dude lol tuff it out!! im 15 lol i'v be resembling sleeping at 6am til close to 9am lol. for resembling a month!! and i'v be doing great! i have a sneaking suspicion that more STRAIGHT. and im more cheerful. later again i might be of late channel over tired lol. try going to bed EARLY !! You should not get through or own coffee in the past bed, also try have a hot hip bath past bed and try by going bed like time respectively darkness, I use sleeptheropy pillowmist spray which you can buy from Boots for lb6

It could be the beginning of depression(I've have it for years).Don't come to blows it,do a crossword,read a book,paint or even do housework,eventually your body will adjust. Yes, during the light of day, do excercise, step out. Keep yourself busy and on your foot.
