Insomnia cures?

I be wondering if anyone know any "cures" for insomnia. I know somebody who in recent times can't draw from to sleep at dark presently - it take 1/2 hours on some night.
He's be lower than plentifully of job/family stress.. but he's not get any other robustness problems.
Somebody recommended reheat milk and smelling lavender (!) in the past bed lol.

Answers: no cure but somethings can assist close to taking a hip bath earlier bed, avoiding too much tv in the past bed, and have someone to sleep over near you, and my doctor said to do maths within the brain which did not help out, by the style i enjoy no problem at the moment!
