It's rock-hard getting to sleep?

Well, so oodles thoughts be in motion into my mind at hours of darkness, so it's complicated for me to acquire to sleep.

i hold depression, and several of these thoughts are related to release, suicide, etc. Well, anyway even mortal helpful adjectives daytime won't give support to. What would you do?
