I've have trouble controlling my thoughts and have led to madness attacks..Can someone give me some good proposal?
I own a problem beside controlling my thoughts. I regularly dwell on existence, God, life span surrounded by standard and enter this state of mind where on earth I can't control my thoughts. Everything spirals into this madness state where on earth I can look at something as stupid as shoe and cross-examine it. It's almost approaching I'm within this dreamworld and I start thinking irrationally and take immensely panicky and cause madness attacks. My doctor prescribed lexapro and a muted dosage of aprozolam, but am still looking for further answers. Does anyone else hold trouble beside controlling their thoughts and hold any accurate counsel?
