Mood swings?
I enjoy mood swings because of depression and anxiety. My doctor have me on meds (which helps) but I don't want to rely on meds one and only. What are some other things I can do to maintain the mood swings underneath control? Please, no rude answers. Thanks.
Answers: The best item to do it lately hold on to track of your mood swings, depression and anxiety. Eat right and bring back some sun. Keep a account. Most of adjectives try to keep hold of a positive outlook.
