My mom made me go to bed but im not tired how can i get some sleep?

btw our friend is over for a sleepover so i hold to sleep on 3 sleeping stacks lol and im sneeking o n my computer right very soon so hurry!! LOL

Answers:    Well..first I'd suggest getting rotten the computer, it's frozen to sleep and type at one and the same time.
After that you could drink some heat up milk(I've never like it but I've hear it works)
Or drink hot cocoa
Or, seeing as you've be sent to bed you could lay contained by bed and try really intricate to clear your mind. If anything else comes into your mind force it out. Eventually you'll pause up asleep. It works for me at smallest.
