Need suggestion for paranoia?

So I be really excited in the order of this book/novel, so I finally found one which be used, but that same darkness for some abnormal cause I get this crazy conception that possibly it have some missing page andgot obseced next to it, and I know that if I didn't do something give or take a few it I wasn't gonna wallow in it. So I established to check the numbers of every page one by one to see if it be complete, and it have almost 500 page. It singular tokk me approaching 7 minutes top amd at the time I be doing it I didn't find it unusual or anything, but afterwards I feel it be too ove the top and crazy, and I tink it could be OCD, but I doubt it.

what worries me the most is that I haven't even be competent to read the book because of it, evrytime I see it or infer of it, it reminds me of what I did and I have a feeling ashamed roughly it.

Wasn't it simply too odd to check approaching that if adjectives the page be within. Please I touch close to I'm never gonna gorget just about that

Answers:    I don't blame you for wondering if adjectives the page be still within the book. After adjectives, it be a used book. People draw from rid of used books and if the entity can engineer some money, the human being could incredibly economically given the book away near missing page.

Ahhh dude ya im sorry. I grew up near and extreme armour of OCD and everything I do I own to do over and over again and I own to check on what I do over and over again. It's not unusual its not funny it's normall for some nation I grew up next to OCD and when i did thoughs things wasnt chance for me be normall. All you want to do is calm down down filch gaping breaths and regard as roughly positive affects of the book. Then if you do expect it is OCD consult next to a doctor who will ethier put you into counsling or medication, or both.
