Nightmares why?

i dream sometimes near foggy place,,something insecure at the rear me and i cant run i catch up my heart is pounding ,,angery and afraid i save that bearing till subsequent morning,,
since i be child it come to me times that i option to die ,not that i m depresst but if i bring up within guaranteed time surrounded by the morning*after the 6 be the sun start to rise i touch so brown and horrible* i remember myself when iw as small i never like that time ,,and the worst piece that i dont know why i m disappointed ,,if i basically know?i would know how to solve it ,
do you assume this is ok?or its werid casue seriously in that is no child detest time that track and i be set to child when i be markedly childlike i odnt remember how mature i be even,,
and the nightmare is hunting me till today ,,its not every daytime but its stupid
and i own bleak habbit of stealing sadetives and cramp killer ,,i m thinking something like finding a being who can support me next to them result in i approaching to be away from this world ,,,
