Part 2: I enjoy a doctor M.D appointment today at 2PM?

As you know I took sleeping medication and it's making me mediator and sleepy. I mixed it near the Effexor XR and Simply Sleep Tylenol PM.

Will it help if I asked my doctor M.D more or less Valium, Xanax, Klonopin while I'm on Effexor XR? If I have and took it...will I attain addicted to it? I don't ponder there's hope for me besides chat going on for my day by day duration on here and how miserable it is.
