Recurring number 20...?

I begin to distinguish the #20 after my friend told me how he would other see the #44 on the clock. Its a trip because I be using the restroom and I bet myself if I look at the clock it'll be (what ever hour):20 and in good health IT WAS!!?? so yeah its be going on at tiniest 70% of the time that I look at the clock.

Does anyone own a clue on what it might denote??
