Severe Anxiety. Pls Help?


I live contained by California and be evacuated around 2 weeks ago due to the wildfires. It be simply for a couple of days and my house is OK, but I'm freaking out. I of late moved to this nouns within January and hold never have to accord near wildfires beforehand. Now there's a trial fire that is to say certainly no risk to my home and, honestly is not that impossible, but it terrifes me. I woke up this morning to smoke EVERYWHERE (its in the order of 20 miles from my home, but it started ultimate night) and be so terrified, I'm physically not at your best and I'm not sure I can walk to work today. I know my house is OK and nil unpromising will appear, but I'm so anxious. I can't stop crying and throwing up. I'm merely 22 and its really bleak for me to miss work because of this. Pls help out me level-headed down!!

Im so sorry to hear that i donot own anixiety but my 12 year ripened daughter does and i own to read out its not fun.
