Sleeping....?

okay, so I'm a kid (yes, a kid *11yrs old* thank you) that have be fanatical by watching anime within the internet and staying up till 3- 4 contained by the morning.
My mother requirements me to sleep contained by approaching 10 or 11 at dark.
THE PROBLEM is that I tried and substandard.
I presently can singular sleep within 3 surrounded by the morning.
So, I want to integer out how to sleep more rapidly,
any give support to please? I really stipulation some sleep because my mother say its correct for me.

gah i know i cant sleep unless i listen to music...for similar to 3 hours...at lowest i eventually slump asleep XD but next i go and get ipod grades on the side of my obverse LoL...only just i've be listen to passing minicab for cutie past i turn to bed its nice and tranquillizing and help me sleep=]
