Too scared at darkness to go to sleep?
I can't sleep at dark for a few reason: I'm upset that someone might break within and hurt us (by us I be going to myself and my boyfriend, we live together, and I still lose sleep cuz im so scared) I read somewhere that every 15 second a house get broken within to. We hold 3 cats (2 grown 1 baby) and they generate alot of rumpus at dark so near any little nouns I'm close to "WHATS THAT?" and variety my bf check, he know is purely the cats but does it anyways to bring in me discern better. I dont guzzle until that time I sleep, cuz I hear that can produce you be startled or loose sleep. I dont monitor T.V. And presently its gotten so impossible that I'm starting to imagine. It worse when its pitch black! I dont know what to do. I bring so panicky sometimes I start to cry. Im 23 years dated and too infirm for this crap. My boyfriend does everything he can to assure me we're undisruptive but I freshly cant get hold of through it. And if I dont pray for God to get hold of us through the darkness without risk, I wont sleep adjectives dark.
