Was this an anxiety attack?

im individual 14 and im moveing out of state...surrounded by a month so i enjoy alot of stress. my mom have anxiety attacks alot when her dad died, so its contained by her genes.

ultimate darkness i woke up contained by the middle of the hours of darkness,, and i feel similar to:

- my bed be shakeing/vibrateing (that onescares me the mores)
- i be deeply dizzy and be falling over
-i be table lamp head
-i be sweating

i woke my mom up because i be unnerved, so she come within my room and tryed getting my mind sour of it, and she told me that i have to lift control of it. so she slept surrounded by my room near me, i know im a big girl, but i be upset, and shes be threw them earlier.


so be it an anxiety attack? and what do i do when i attain them? im staying beside a close friend for a few days subsequent week, and i dont want it to begin,,but if it does..what do i do?

Sounds similar to it could be a hysterics attack but I am not sure. If it happends again you can try to gaping breath. I singular ever have one madness attack and I be told to do vast breathing that help like mad. But if it happends again I would see a doctor to get sure it is nil else. Good luck on your move! Except mine are more severe to the point where on earth it feel approaching everything is overwhelming and I start hyperventilating and sometimes endorsement out.
