so im 19 i own intrusive thoughts roughly harm myself and others. i enjoy be seeing a doctor and a psyhc. what ever they are giving me isnt working and hasnt be for a while i enjoy have my meds changed three times and i seize intrusive thoughts 3-6 times a sunshine still. i tried weed within elevated university and stoped when i be approaching 17 but reciently tried it again at my friends house at 1 pm and i didnt appear to own any of the thoughts the rest of the time.. how do i enlighten my doctor . and is it unpromising that im smokeing to trade name my self touch mundane..
