What self-esteem disorder could this be?

My nephew does things to purposely ruin things or hurt associates.
He will mess up your dinner plate if you go off it ungaurded.
He will pour the gas and grease out of the grass mower to aggravate you.
He threatens to do stuff similar to puncture your tires. My tire in reality get a fastener finishing month and I can't influence if it be him or not.
He used to threaten to shoot folks but he's slacked past its sell-by date on that.
He's 20 years dated. He be such a handful surrounded by public academy, his mama have to homeschool him.
She say she drank while pregnant. And she say he is dyslexic.
I assume it's approach more than that.

What mental issues would wreak culture to behave close to that?

Will I ever be able to function without sleeping pills?


Answers:    Oppositional Defiant Disorder sounds definite close to me... He might also hold ADD or ADHD...
But I am not a doctor...so I cannot diagnose.
Look up his symptoms within a DSM...

But to properly be diagnosed his mother/father have to be prepared to hold him examined by a psychologist/psychiatrist.

It sounds approaching a classic travel case of fetal alcohol syndrome. or it could simply be anger or a track of seeking attention. It sounds resembling he wants professional comfort back someone get hurt by him or he hurts himself.
