Why do I move so much when I sleep?


Okay. Ever since I can remember (and chronological that, seeing as my mom say I did this as a baby) I hold moved around consistently surrounded by my sleep. I'd rouse up within the middle of the dark, punching the wall or cold because I kicked the blankets bad the bed. I've fall rotten the bed a great deal and when I sleep over my friends' houses, they utter that they couldn't sleep because I hit them, talk too loud, or moved opening too much.
I've also woken up curled up at the corner of the bed. Sometimes I find myself wake up surrounded by the middle of vent the refrigerator or within a completely different cut of my house. The worst be wake up contained by the tub when I fell asleep contained by the living room. My familial and friends roll with laughter at it, but I never rouse up emotion rejuvenated. I hold to lay contained by bed for an hour or two, if I hold that considerate of time, contained by decree to perceive in place to return with up.

How can I sleep earlier?


Oh that stinks. I figit greatly when I try to sleep. I am usually up really deferred and my mind race when I try to relax. I flip and turn, but never out of the bed. You might want to travel to your doctor and filch sleeping pills or something. I've a moment ago deal beside it, but know how frustrating it can be.
