Answers:    We bring back angry because our preconceived notion of something is blown to bits and out of our control. We revulsion not have control. I get rid of mine by relzing I never have control and that God does. I pray and realise that righteous anger (anger that doesn't organize you to sin) is okay. If you are not a believer adjectives I can right to be heard is that mediation and realising we can't control everything and everyone is the first step to avoid a rise contained by ill will.

Anger, as so plentiful others is an reaction. And an sentiment desires to return with out if u want to 'live'. But emotion approaching anger, lust, greed kind ur time miserable. So u dont have need of to supress them but weed them out.
There r plentiful ways to find rid of anger.. counting from 1- 10, deap breathing, meditation workouts etc. But i perceive these solutions r tempry. For a premnt soltion u requirement to realise when and why u go and get angry. Analyse every situation when u showed anger. It will relate u abt ur psyche. i own a simple solution for u of late remember the sayings of Mahatma Gandiji"IF u are wright u dont own to loose yr anger,If yr wrong u cant afford to loose yr temper".
Every time we r angry we must desire on whether we are wrong or wright. i other bring angry.i don't know how to catch rid of it as okay.but if you cry out the problem that make you angry you'll more relieve.

I have massive anger on my medication withdrawl lately. Extreme stuff. Only sleep and running help. Everything else basically pissed me stale. I'm ok in a minute tho

When you obverse another , mingle next to others, chat to others, let somebody know yourself ,I will not anger very soon respectively and every time. Practise it for a few days . You will realize the Goal.
