Best Answer: Ok, an example would be trying to lose weight. So say the aspiration is 30 pounds in 4 months. So a checkpoint would be to weigh yourself on the last day of every month. You know to successfully lose 30 pounds within 4 months you need to lose at least 7 and half pounds per month.
