How can i carry gain freight faster?
Well summer is coming around and i was gonna plan on packing on some pounds... being that i look pretty skinny, but i was wondering what things could i put away that would help me gain some weight over a 3 month period but not jeopardize my condition.
- My current weight is 127 lbs
- My goal weight is between 145 lbs and 160 lbs.
- Need some support or advice PLEASE!!
Best Answer: I wanted to put on weight for football one year and i focused on a rich protein and carb diet next to strenuous workouts and creatine pills. rather thats the RIGHT way or not i dont know. but it worked for me and converted it all into usable muscle consignment good luck
