Best Answer: It's called depression. We all go through it. Especially if something happen traumatically in our lives. Deaths of family/friends, break ups, anything sad. They can happen years formerly and you're just now attempting to deal near it. It's better to try to keep yourself busy and not think at all. Don't allow yourself to be aware of until you find something that makes you happy. I'm not saying you should push it aside but you stipulation to find a 'happy medium'. Like mine is playing guitar, playing with my kitten, and doing CSS/HTML. It takes abundantly of time off my hands. If you start thinking about self wound, you really do need to call a helpline or see a therapist. Therapists really do assistance. They will help you find the reason, face it go before on, and get past it. I had depression after my grandma, uncle, aunt, and cousin died. It be too much and I didn't really get depressed until a while after. I still deal with it day-to-day but you can one and only take it one day at a time, sweetie. It's all you can do.

There may be frequent causes of depression, which is probably what you have. You may have a chemical disparity of several different systems in your body. Two areas that might cause you to be depressed are Thyroid problems and neurotransmitter imbalances. You should see your doctor asap surrounded by order to get a correct diagnosis. I started having extreme melancholy, lethargy, body aches, irritability, crying jags and memory problems when I was surrounded by my early thirties, just after having have our first child. I always had a border line stratum of thyroid hormones, but no doctor would put me on medicine for that. I went to my GP and found out that I had one type of "trunk depression," there somewhere in high teens of adjectives types. To make a long story short, I suffered for many years until I was put on the correct dosage of Prozac. I be unique and needed much more than the typical dosage. I have been on this medication for over twenty years and mostly function capably. I recently added thyroid medicine for my T3 level and enjoy noticed a profound improvement of remaining depression symptoms.
