I own a gas problem, how do I stamp out it?
I am 15 and weigh 96 pounds. I eat very healthy considering I'm partly Indian. I have a fast metabolism and am in great shape. Every time I guzzle like half an hour later I other have to fart. It gets annoying too because when I go to class I own to try and hold it in. Then when I eat lunch it happens shortly after. This have been going on ever since I was little. I don't know what's wrong with me. It seem like nothing really but it is bothersome and I don't want to be embarrassed.

honestly, i've found no way to really prevent gas other than flawless old-fashioned holding it in. i notice that i procure gassy after eating really greasy foods (french fries, pizza) and i get those a lot at lunch, so i own the same problem. normally i just hold them surrounded by and release them in the halls where not a soul will be able to pinpoint it was me. it's gross but it's how i manage. look for a stencil in the foods you eat, if something particular make you really gassy, then try to avoid it. if you feel a bad one coming, try to bring back out of the room for a "drink" or go to the bathroom (never gamble though. if you feel it I don`t know be more than a fart, hold it at all costs until you can deal with it properly... even if this is standing up contained by the middle of class, pinching your nose, pointing at your pants, saying "BOOM!!" pointing at the door, and running out of it... i've done similar things next to nosebleeds during class ;D). if you can't get away from people, and you're sure it's ONLY a fart, this is sort of gross... try to loosen your buttcheeks and let it out slowly... after pray to god it won't smell. but if you do it right, it'll be silent. if it does smell, don't point it out unless someone else does, and pass it off that it wasn't you. you could also ask your doctor, as you might have something wrong next to your bowels, if your problem is severe (or been going on for years like you said). if nothing else, he may know how to suggest things to you, or give you drugs that might help eliminate some gasses. and if one get ahead of you every now and then and you can't stop it, or slow it down, then don't be too confused. everyone farts, and i bet a lot of people have like problem but are too shy to come out and admit it, so there's nothing wrong with you. basically don't be the person that people remember as "the kid who farts publicly all the time." if you don't close to any of that, just embrace your powers, and be proud of clearing a room with an SBD [silent but deadly]. i wouldn't suggest it, but it's easier for me to do some of these things because it's socially acceptable for males to be more public of their bodily functions.. so: avoid your source foods, try to avoid individuals while having a gas crisis, if all else fails say aloud "gross.. it wasn't me," and talk to your doctor about it. there's nothing wrong beside you, but i would bring it up at your next check-up if it's been going on since you were little.. i hope i may own helped somehow, if for no other way than to know i have matching problem too. :)Related Questions...
