All I have to chomp through surrounded by 17 hours is a hot dog. Now I get the impression starved. Is this majority? How can I curb my hunger?
Like are there certain foods I should eat?
After the 17 hrs I've have 3 sandwiches, 2 little debbie cakes, a muffin, and applesauce. I still feel starved to passing. Why is this?
Best Answer: well...youre supposed to eat more than that in 17 hours for starters...if you solely eat that of course youre going to feel starved..so you own to eat throughout the day..little snacks and actual meals..that will oblige satisfy your hunger. if that was your plan on dieting..stop it. youre just hurting your body and destroying your metabolism.
Answer: I suggest a ordinary healthy diet.
