Medications and Vitamins, Know anything something like them?
Ok, I have a question. I take alot of vitamins that they right to be heard are good for you that we need. My question is, what, if any side effects can these pills do? Do any have reactions with one another? Are they risk-free to take? Am I over doing it? Im starting to worry about things these pills might end in in the longrun maybe to my health. The roll is
Two prescription pills:
Wellbutrin 150MG
Prilosec for heartburn 20MG
Vitamins:
Womens one a day weight smart multi vitamin
Vitamin c 500mg
vitamin d 1,000 iu
Vitamin B complex
One a day omega 3 fish grease 1200 mg
(I take all them because they say its fitting for your health to get extra b c and d, and fish oils)
Acai pills
Acidophilus Proboitcs (these for weight loss, I hear they were good and antioxidants)
Green tea mainly for drive 315 MG twice a day
Not sure if anyone even knows anything about these pills, but wondering if im over doing it and endanger my health? Thank you

Ok, so I am NOT at all a doctor, or even in the vigour profession, but I have taken everything you are currently taking and can tell you a few things on how they affected me: Wellbutrin - made me GAIN substance like Crazy. So I took Acai pills to "counteract" and once I read the long laundry list of side effects I wanted to puke. I also still hold a daily B Complex vitamin, as well as a C & D. Once or twice a week I will throw in an additinal Calcium pill. The B Complex is wonderful for dash and metabolisim, I don't think you still need the additinoal Acidophilus Probotics or the Green Tea (although Green Tea has plentiful other health benefits). Most vitamins are water soluable, and you will only pee out the excess that your body does not urgently absorb - so make sure you are taking the extended release or else it is really adjectives for nothing. Overall, I have been advise by my physician that a good multivitamin daily is all you really want - and he even went as far to say that the vitamin supplement companies market contained by such a way that we "believe" that we need all these extra vitamins when really, if we guzzle a balanced diet, everything we need comes from our food. I'm on some of the same meds. You are taking a weight loss tablet but you're supplementing it next to vitamins which is good. To be on the safe side you may want to ask your Dr or pharmacist.Related Questions...
