Hello. I'm a full time college student and I go to bed regularly around 11:00 PM to midnight. I do eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and sometimes a healthy snack contained by between. I wake up, do my daily morning routine, drink coffee, and I'm out to the door. Although, I've noticed that I have a feeling drained around noon lately, even though I got at least six to eight hours of sleep every dark. I highly believe that there is no need for me to be sleepy, but I other feel exhausted for the rest of the day. What do you think the issue is and what do you suggest I should do?
