If I replenish my oxycodone prescription in need my parents knowing is in that any instrument they can find out?
I'm 18, and I recently had knee surgery. I go through my first batch of oxys, and I still need them. My parents don't think I involve the refill, but I do - they think I'm in it for the recreational use. No amount of conversation has persuaded them, but I have the bottle, so I'm give or take a few to get it refilled myself. Is there any style, like an insurance thing, they could find out?

They could probably find out from the insurance company if you are covered under their insurance and they be deliberately looking for it. However, none of that matters because oxycodone is a C-2 controlled drug. No refills are allowed on this medication ever. The lone way you will get more of it is by getting a new prescription written printed from your doctor. If you can do that without your parents knowing about it then we can chitchat.

Oxycodone is a Schedule II controlled substance and cannot be refilled. You need to see your doctor to get a hot prescription. Hydrocodone, however, is a Schedule III controlled substance, and a limited number of refills is allowed.

Well, because you are 18 you are considered an full-size and therefor the pharmacy, insurance company, and doctor cannot contact your parents without talking to you first. I would call your insurance company and tolerate them know that you are filling this script and don't want your parents to know about, because I would assume that you only own to pay a co-payment, and your insurance company takes care of the rest. At the completion of the year I believe (not 100% positive) your parents get a record from the insurance company about what be covered and spent etc. The other option is to find out how much the generic pills are with out ins.
