I guess I might own an intake disorder? Please bequeath some guidance and help out me?
i used to have an eating disorder (anorexia) but recovered through hospitalization. now i'm struggling beside eating way too much. i think i hold binge eating disorder. can you help me decide if i do hold that eating disorder?
today i ate:
breakfast--2 bowls of cereal, water
lunch: yogurt, apple sauce, water
after college: Ritz cheese crackers, juice, rice and beans, cheese, tortilla chips, more cheese, a big glass of chocolate milk, granola bar, yogurt, bagel, more choc. milk
(i didn't really hold dinner cuz i was stuffed from all that food)
I'm really scared...i put away soooooo much and i feel like i have really no control over it. i eat even after i'm full and i eat when i'm not even hungry sometimes. it's not like i munch through a tiny bit of everything--everything i eat is more than the portion size.
i have also become overweight and i'm worried about my condition. i have been eating mostly adjectives junk food since this bingeing started. i don't really exercise either (i walk 2 miles 3 or 4 days a week, but that's it). so what can i do? exercises and tips on ingestion, please.
please, please, PLEASE, someone help me. anyone who is or has struggled with binge drinking or a different e.d. please help me. i need advice.
(i do not want to walk to my doctor about this, so please don't suggest that).
are there any websites that are support groups for binge eating disorder?

Best Answer: I think I construe what you're going through. When I was a baby I weighed smaller number than four pounds; somehow I think it has affected my food cravings. I am roughly fifteen pounds overweight because of it. When I was younger, I once gained eighteen and a half pounds surrounded by one year. I was only about 9 or 10. I am planning to spend my entire summer working it past its sell-by date. ANYWAY, back to your problem. I didn't want to go to the doctor either. My doctor looked-for me to keep a food diary, but I ended up deciding not to. I merely remind myself that the food will still be there later. When you get home from arts school, force yourself to do your homework (not at the computer if possible), and when you're done, study or talk to a friend. Just don't eat anything except for meals. You might not LOSE cargo, but as your height increases the pounds won't accumulate and you'll get stern to the right weight.

its natural to eat . i don't think you do an swimming help to. as long as your eating right they should be no problem just try to stay away from junk foods... n dont really deem to much about it ... lots of water will fill you up ... cold wet helps loose weight warm dampen keeps you at your norm as long as you eat right ..
Well first control your eating. Low fat dairy products, fruits vegetables, the full food pyramid! For breakfast, only one bowl and you can have any healthy side. For lunch enjoy a what you would usually have but in small portions. Then you should wait for dinner. When dinner comes, generate sure you have a fruit or vege along with the regular dinner size. No little things or too much of a big thing. If you do carry hungry I would say only two snacks would be healthy. As for excercising, I would do enjoy a hour walk every day. If you have time, dance to a excersize gym and work out. Swimming and riding a bike is also great. With that, you should be healthier soon. I hope this helps!

And the snack you have on this day arent too bad. I suggest going to someone who can give you a diet. NO not a doctor but a nutritionist or even tr a google look into on a balanced diet and maybe get a example menu. If you are overweight (do you think you are or did you actually check to see what your healthy solidity is and see that you are over it??) Anyhow if you are overweight the best thing to do is to lower your calorie intake and try and exercise more. This isnt as bad as it seems For example - if you are drinking 2,000 calories a day, try and lower this by 200 to 1,800. This is easier than it looks its as much as one granola bar and maybe a bit of smaller portion of beans. Try and exercise- any excerside for at smallest 45 minutes 3 times a week. Go online - research what a good diet is! I dont want to just say something incentive I dont know your height, actual weight what an everyday meal is etc, bit you can find things that are honourable for you! Good luck!

But if you're still not sure, here are some syptoms of "Binge Eating Disorder": Fear of not being able to control eating, and while intake, not being able to stop. Isolation. Fear of eating around and near others. Chronic dieting on a variety of popular diet plans. Holding the belief that life will be better if they can lose weight. Hiding food surrounded by strange places (closets, cabinets, suitcases, under the bed) to eat at a next time. Vague or secretive eating patterns. Self-defeating statements after food consumption. Blames bomb in social and professional community on weight. Holding the belief that food is their only friend. Frequently wheezing after relatively light activities. Excessive sweating and shortness of breath. High blood pressure and/or cholesterol. Leg and joint niggle. Weight gain. Decreased mobility due to weight gain. well based on what uv said id utter u either have a motabolism boost (tho thats unlikely since u said u are gaining keep on but possible non the less)that would depend on how soon after eating u are hungry again either way dont completely stop drinking your body will eat more of your muscle than it will of the the fat and yeah ull lose weight but it wont be the counterweight u want over all i think if u want to solve this without your doctor (and since you didnt mention it ailing assume your friends or family too) then its mostly gonna be a force of will thing if u perceive you are full force your self to stop and if u want to lose some of the weight u gained during this then force your self to stop back u get all the way full anything else i can give a hand u with dont hesitate to ask idk if there is anything approaching messaging on here or not(im kinda new lol) but remember theres always sombody to help if u askRelated Questions...
