Help My Teeth Are Moving & I Have A Retainer?
I just got my braces off and be given this stupid retainer, but it's not working! What do I do? Will I have to get my braces backbone on?
Best Answer: How often do you wear it? If you wear it all day, contact your orthodontist, because it should not be moving. If you merely wear it at night, extend the time you wear it. I had the same problem, individual I just didn't wear as often as I should have.
