Vitamin you can bear on an forsaken stomach?

Does anyone know of a good multivitamin I can take without intake? Because most of the time in the mornings I have no time to eat breakfast, but I would still close to to be able to take my vitamin before lunchtime. If I don't guzzle, it comes right back up if you know what I mean. Thanks in credit!
Best Answer: You don't have to eat a full meal, the vitamins basically need some protein to grab onto. Eat a cracker with peanut butter, a piece of string cheese, etc. Any vitamin that you can pinch without food is just not being engaged, so its useless!
