Will a pipe filter shrink the full effect of weed?
I got a tobacco pipe for smoking cannabis a few weeks ago. it came with a filter, but I usually smoke short it for fear that it might filter out some of the THC in my weed. I would prefer to smoke with the filter so that I wouldn't own to inhale all that tar, but I also want the fullest effect that I can get. do you know if a typical pipe filter will filter out any of the THC?
Best Answer: Yes a pipe filter will muffle the amount of thc reaching your lungs, it will also however limit the tar as well. Its a win lose situation. Pipes are a really jarring way to smoke your herbs really, so if your looking for something better for you...Check out other options. Vaporizors come surrounded by a variety of price ranges and give you ALL the thc and NO tar. Bongs are also better than pipes as far as your lungs, (because of the hose down filtration.)

Don't listen to anyone else here. The only defence a filter is on a pipe is so you don't suck the weed and/or embers through the pipe. It does not filter out anything else. If you are worried about the tar, buy a vaporizer!Related Questions...
