Ways to stop my unruly consumption?
I know im not often hungry but for some reason i cant control my eating. I freshly eat when im bored. i eat when i can, because i can. I'm not fat (yet) but im afraid im heading that route if i can't get in control. What are some ways so im not so addicted to food, or so i dont eat when im bored?

Best Answer: I have the same problem sometimes. When I gain the random urge to eat because I'm bored, I try chewing sugar-free gum instead, so my mouth is busy but I'm not taking in a bunch of calories. Also, you could try drinking a big chalice of water to fill up your stomach so you won't feel similar to eating. If you really want to have something to eat, try have some fruit or vegetables, because they are obviously more helpful to your body, and aren't very fattening. Also, if you are baggy out with friends and being active surrounded by your free time, you won't feel as inclined to over-eat (because you'll have an audience). I notice that when I'm have a great time with friends or family I don't feel the call for to splurge. I have another idea which I'm going to begin trying. Whenever I consistency like eating because I have zilch else to do, I'm going to go outside and take a walk down my street. That track, I'll be eating less AND exercising more. That might work for you, too. Don't worry, you're not alone. :)
Experience near overeating and weight problems...
If you can't find an activity to replace your food addiction perhaps you could try binging on fruit as it help to fill you up and is low in calories.
