i would say drink lots of fluids, cranberry liquid especially works, makes you piss like crazy.. Pee at least 5 times everyday main up to your test and at least twice on test time, before you take the test.. r way should do fine, freshly piss alot, like seriously, i don't joke with the smoke, pee alot!
