I'm 15 and going through TOO much stress?
I'm 15 and a female. I have had a VERY stressful year. I merely got through my freshman year of high school. I have a lil scare a few months ago, the ER doctor thought i had a slight heart murmur..It scared me so much. But I go to my regular doctor and did a heart ekg thing and it came up fine. So thats when all the worrying started. And it's putting SOO much stress on me, and near home stress, friend stress, and just soo much stress. I have been to the doctors to be paid sure I'm fine. I have had doctor check-ups, body scans and blood work. They can't find anything and my doctor is one of the best contained by the area. So could stress cause back ache, menstral like cramping (stress making irregular periods also?), headaches, and stomach cramps, and pain, fatigue, depression, and muscle pain? And that's everything I'm going through...I'm just so overly stressed and I don't think a 15 year outdated girl should have to deal with this much stress...So is stress the wreak? my family and boyfriend think it is.Please take time to answer my request for information..I just need peace of mind, and to calm down...thank you so much.
Best Answer: Don't discard this response because it's short or not what you want to hear- You're a youngster, and this is normal! Kids these days are under greatly more stress today than ten years ago, but it's still a part of growing up- it really sucks. The best advice I can give is to remember that things find better. Remember that the petty drama that happens in highschool is temporary, and that surrounded by 5 years none of it matters. Be the best person you can be, and take time to relax. Have a positive mental outlook and stay confident! Besides, turning 16 and getting your license is awesome, and you're almost there-
Answer: Stress can cause all types of things in your body. Stress at differnt points contained by my life from as early as your current age and even earlier hold caused some medical issues. I once was so stressed I ate hardly ate once a hours of daylight for a month and in that month I gained 20lbs...that was stress. Some ethnic group lose weight due to stree..this has happened to me as all right. Whenever you are under stress take the time out to look at other people's problems and realize your's are not so bad. They arent I be going through about 50x worse circumstances at 15 and I dealt with it and immediately im a better person for it. Just breathe and relax.
