How do I agree to my doctor?

I am a 15 year old female in highschool and I inevitability to talk to my doctor without looking like some little, dumb kid. When I shift to the doctor I get really nervous but I don't show it by the way I achievement. For my last, past visits my blood pressure have been high and I think that it is because of nerves (white coat hypertension). I inevitability to tell my doctor, and my mom, why I think my BP is high so that they will stop dictum that I have high blood pressure. How do I talk to my doctor give or take a few this? Both my doc and my mom think that I have high BP. When I be in motion to the doctor my mom stays in with me the whole time (and my doctor never asks her to check out of or anything), I can't talk to my doc alone - I think it would be easier that way. I be going to email her, but of course, no email HELP ME, I need to take precision of this.
Best Answer: Don't be embarrassed, I'm 16 and have to take pretty regular trips to the doctor and hospital but even still, when I'm sit in the waiting room I get so nervous. When they hail as your name next time you go, or even past they call your name, maybe utter to your mum 'Do you want to just wait here for a while whilst I go contained by?'. Even if she still comes with you, don't feel embarrassed, of late tell them what you have to say. It's conventional to be nervous because who knows, you could be about to find out that something's wrong near you whenever you go to the doctor. Anyway, when they take your blood pressure and tell you that it's a bit elevated tell them 'I'm actually feeling a bit strung-up right now, do you think that might be affecting it?'. Good luck, be brave and try not to worry too much :) EDIT Also, as you will be edgy when you're at the doctors, it may be difficult to come out with what you want to say. Maybe it would be a good impression to just speak to your mum about it over dinner or something, when everything's a bit calmer. Just enlighten her that you sometimes feel a bit nervous when you're going to the doctors and you think that might be affecting you BP results. Good luck.

Is it still ok to jump to gym...

Just say-so it. Tell your doctor that you think it's because of your nerves. Even if you go in alone, the doctor is going to put in the picture your mom. So, suck it up and tell them both at the same time.
