Is this considered as faint?
I was in gym glass and the weather be 42-47 degrees Celsius and we just entered the gym from our warm-ups which is running around the paddock (size of a football/soccer field) 3 times. We then warm up our arms for volley ball and while we're doing that I catch so dizzy, I see everything blurry and I see two or three of each person and I just wander to the bench feeling like I can't balance and my lecturer told me to sit. I didn't fall to the ground or anything like that. My teacher said it be dehydration. Did I faint or what?
Best Answer: Fortunately, you did not faint. With weather like that, you be dehydrated. I suggest you drink lots of water before and after warm-ups. If you ever overcome a situation approaching this, go straight to your coach, teacher, or personal trainer.
Answer:
I had the same experience months ago! Me too didn't crash to the ground. Every one said that happened because I haven't drunken enough water! In my assessment you were about to faint at that time. If you didn't sit, surely you would crash to the ground! As I HAVE the same experience, I'm 100% sure you were about to shaky..

No. Fainting implies that you have lost consciousness. you became dizzy which could either be heat stroke (i doubt) or the more feasible like your coach said dehydration.I had the same experience months ago!
