Why is it that even if we spend an entire light of day surrounded by front of the TV sitting down and resting, we own to sleep?
Best Answer: You become lazy and more tired. When your body isn't moving it thinks its sleeping, thus becoming tired even though you aren't sleeping. Understand?

when you sleep your body repairs itself and nearby are things your body can only do while sleeping so sitting down while your still awake isn't a substitute for sleeping. we have to sleep because your body uses alot of energy to to things resembling think or digest food and throw in a lil bit of stress your body needs to rob a break after everyday to help either build muscle if you worked out or repair cells that draw from damaged. because you lose brain cells everyday even if you dont go to conservatory or anything.My bones form cracking noise adjectives the time?
