somebody help me feel better! Every day I start impression worse but when I think positive I sometimes feel a bit better. I have gotten a blood try-out and everything was perfect, i've talked to a counselor and enjoy seen a family doctor. I feel similar to i don't know who I am anymore or i am in a dream, my counselor told me it was de-realization. What do I do?
