this is going to sound really gross but i promise you it is 100% true & i really need help soon.
okay i'm 15 years frail & everyday I spend more than an hour sitting on the toilet.
now, i understand that doesn't sound that unpromising but just wait.
the reason why is because I'll play near my poop.
i squish it inbetween my fingers & play with it, all while sitting on there
its horrible and disgusting i know. but i really necessitate help, i'm super shy and i dont i could come out and actually tell any one this & i know its gross but what should i do? i've tried stopping but i've done it since i be little and i dont think i can actually poop without doing it.
i consistency so bad about doing it. its usually all over my hand and it makes my room/bathroom stink. plus i always smell like it.
& i dont know if this is a psychological condition or what?
& should i report my doctor? is this life threatening or harmful?
its it a form of self-mutulation?

i did hold a lot of family fighting around me. it seem like someone was always conflict over me
