I'm 19, am I rightfully a dwarf?
I am a 19 year old female and 4'10 1/2". Am I considered a legal dwarf? Can I receive handicap benefits? Some citizens have told me that this might be so.

well, i heard that if you are 4'10" and below you are considered a dwarf, but i doubt you can recieve any benefits for it unless you really do suffer problems from how short you are.

Hey! I did a study on rise so I hope I can help you. I believe the limit in USA is 4'10, although it's 4'9 within some countries. So you may be close- maybe ask someone to measure you carefully? About the benefits I surmise you have to show that your height really affects how you do things day to year. I picked up loads of info on how height causes problems for people, especially short those, and I have loads of advice and tips on how to deal next to it.
