What do you do if you consistency sick to your stomach?
Please help! I feel really sick right now... if you hold ANYTHING that would be helpful if you were sick please post a comment. Your answer can include lots of things such as the foods you should eat to how to relieve the backache. Right now I have an ear ache, a stomach tenderness, and a slight head ache. Please do not recommend using a pain-reliever, it will only produce me feel worse. Thanks in advance!
Best Answer: Drink ginger ale. Something just about ginger is supposed to help relieve an upset stomach. Also, if you feel up to it, it may help to devour some club crackers, saltines, or nilla wafers. Hope you feel better!

make sure you have something flimsy on your stomach...crackers, bread...Sounds like your coming down with an illness.I don't deduce how a pain reliever would make it worse...heard of them worn-out but never making it worse.
