It's midnight and I can't fall asleep. My bed is comfortable and I haven't had anything sugary recently. I entail to fall asleep. How can I fall asleep quicker? Please Help!

What I approaching to do is breath slowly, counting to ten, one for each breath in my head and starting over once I seize to ten or having a warm drink (with no sugar/caffine. I like tea) past I go to bed. Also, it would help not eating anything big awhile previously bed. Listen to light/soft music. Such as instrumental music, incidental music, classical music. Those work best. Soft pop works too though. Make sure the music you listen to doesn't have many words so that your brain won't process them. Adds to brain buzz which equals harder to fall asleep.

If the other methods such as slow deep breathing and relaxing music don't work then you may want to try an over the counter sleep medication. You could try Melatonin which you can get over the counter and would be a more natural choice or Benadryl (Dipenhydramine) which is found is abundant over the counter sleep meds like Tylenol PM, Advil PM.
