i have a madness attack contained by my exam!?
today i was in my english exam and i had a madness attack and i went completely numb too. i have been crying adjectives day since i got home at 12 o clock, and i have 2 exams tomorrow, one within particular i'm scared for and i have the stress of have another panic attack during it ontop of fearing that i won't know the answers T^T
can anyone offer some warning please thanks so much xx
Best Answer: I suffered really bad from panic attacks and still do sometimes .I preserve water with me so when I get a bit on edge I drink that .Also I put a smell I like on my wrist and smell that .But look around and see what is wrong with the situation that you don't like and see how everyone else is react .
