I have a little white bump a little farther from the upper right corner of my top lip
& idk if i should go and get cold sore stuff or not

Cold sores are usually itchy and slightly raw to the touch. No the oral herpes. If it is a cold sore you'll want to get some meds on there fast. The sooner you start next to that stuff the less awful it will be. I get them all the time inopportunely. And once you're infected with that virus it's never gone. So if it is a cold sore you will likely get them from very soon on.
Cold sores, believe it or not ARE oral herpes--but everyone freaks out about it because of the label. The overwhelming majority of people hold oral herpes (also known as HSV-1, shown by cold sores). There is no need to freak out about it though. You can go and get this from kissing your boyfriend or kissing your grandma or even sharing lip gloss. It sounds like a pimple to me though. If it is a coldsore, it is usually right on your lip and looks like an unfold, painful sore. Make sure that if you think it is a cold sore, that you dont share water bottles, lip explain, etc because the fluid inside of the cold sore can leak out and pass on the virus. If you think its a cold sore consequently get some medicine and it will go away. Hope that help
