how to prevent from getting sick again?
had a terrible cold and im afraid of getting sick again. i take vitamin c day after day and wassh my hands ofen, anything else i should do?
Best Answer: You have already mentioned the number one preventive measure, paw washing. Hand washing is great but won't do much good if you don't repay attention to what you touch, ie... public telephones, hand rails, door knob and the like. Try to be conscious of the places you touch and aviod touching your mouth, eyes or nose until you have wash you hands again. Provide yourself with overall good nutrition, lots of fruits and vegetables. A personality who is well nourished will usually recover more smartly from the common cold than a person who is not. Vitamin C is good but in that is no evidence that is prevents the common cold. Hope this helps.
