i hold continuous diarrhea?
i have been having upset stomach after upset stomach for almost five days now. i have had continuous diarrhea, also i turn at least five times a day. what could be wrong with me i own no insurance to see a doctor but this has been going on too long it makes it greatly difficult to take care of my two children. im not stressed everything in my enthusiasm is the same old routine except for my stomach. any ideas on whats wrong or any suggestions to back me feel better would be greatly appreciated. thanks
Best Answer: Sometimes, self-help medical treatment isn't too smart, especially when the underlying problem is a serious one. I guess that *I* must not be all that "smart," because I self-treat adjectives the time. And when I DO go see a doctor, I go to one of those drop-in clinics that charge a very do rate (like $40 or so). If you have one of those clinics in your area, consequently I'd advise using it. I've found that they're quite good. Now, as to self-treating your diarrhea: Go to the drugstore and take a generic version (usually the store's own brand--if they have one--will be the least-expensive) of an anti-diarrheal medicine that contains the drug LOPERAMIDE. I can notify you, from first-hand experience, that it works like a charm. I've also given some to a friend, and she was EXTREMELY GRATEFUL, because it gave her instant relief. My main concern, though, is that you've had the drizzlies for five days. To my mind, that say, "Get thee to the drop-in clinic."
