Is my cholesterol really that soaring?
I have some blood work done spinal column within January and my doctor said the one and only entity that showed up be my cholesterol total be at 247. I'm 23 years mature, 5'4" and I weigh 112 pounds. I agree I drink unwanted items food and home made baked stock sometimes but I also exercise a few times a week. My father also have somewhat giant cholesterol, so I know I inherit it from him. But is 247 that unpromising? Does it pose any condition problems at this time?
(I am trying to muddle through it and view what I devour but I lose weightiness extremely slickly so sometimes I simply hold to devour adjectives the second-hand goods that I do if I want relatives to stop calling me anorexic.)
Answers: It is high-ranking but cholesterol is only just one factor contained by heart disease, strokes, etc. As long as you are not overweight, you are youthful, your blood pressure is fine, etc you are ok. Heredity is rugged to overcome. I doubt varying your ingestion customs will do much apposite. When you draw from elder, if you own more risk factor after they will probably put you on meds to lower it.

My dad, at 58, juusr get on meds a few years support because he excercised approaching barmy and ate really on top form and it didn't promote. Your cholesterol within the blood try-out should be smaller quantity than 130 mg/dl. Cholesterol between130--159 mg/dl is supposed to be on the boundry; and cholesterol 160 mg/dl and above is dignified.So yours is intensely terrifically glorious.
