Answers:    It could be anything, really. How unyielding be she riding her horse (as surrounded by be she riding for a long time and making her horse work by putting him/her within a frame, etc.)?? If she hadn't have any river intake within awhile and riding within that class of weather, it could be related to dehydration - I know that I enjoy to drink a ton of hose whenever I ride my horse if not I'll become tired, get hold of a headache, achieve stomach cramps, surface sick to my stomach, etc.

What sickness do I have?

It sounds close to dehydration. Sounds similar to Hyperthermia..Heat Stroke...not well brought-up
